How to use: Tip 1 test tube of natural goodness into a warm bath and soak for 15-30 minutes a day. To restore the healthy glow back to your skin and to ward off baby blues, we recommend 2 sessions a week in the first 3 months post partum and once a week thereafter.

Used for centuries for it’s well known healing benefits, Lavender is great to help restore both mental and physical health to a new mother post birth. The soothing scent of Lavender also helps to reduce anxiety, to promote better sleep and to reduce risk with Post Natal Depression.
Calendula assists with wound healing by increasing blood flow, antibacterial and anti-inflammatory. The herb stimulates the production of collagen at wound sites and minimizes scarring.
